(August 18, 2019, 6:42 pm)The hotel is super gorgeous, but the service is extremely subpar. They tried to charge us $98 for laundry that was delivered late and wet, and then blamed us for asking them to rush it (18 hours).

(August 31, 2018, 12:02 pm)The hotel is good. Beautiful bar with some amazing cocktails. The beach-bar: the staff could be a little more attentive/welcoming. It feels the place is too cool for you to even try to be around.
